Jason shows how the G200 uses the smoke bypass to make loading easier.
We started this unit in October of 2014 and it has burned continuously with no problems since then, now we are using it to heat our domestic hot water. This first video with the door open shows the amount of smoke in the firebox when it is running.
This second video was taken just after we shut the door and the gasification process began. If you look close you can see just a trace of smoke against the trees and after awhile that smoke will disappear altogether. Please stop by and see it burning for yourself.
Here is a G100 burning. Notice all that is coming out of the stack is a little steam. See how quick it dissipates that’s how you can tell it’s mostly steam and not much smoke.
